Amazing location- truly cannot beat staying on the cliff of Riomaggiore! The room is very simple with a small shower/bathroom. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but again, the view and sound of the ocean at night is why you book this location. Paolo was helpful with options to explore and can get you a discounted pass to the park/walking area.

The owners were great hosts and would do anything they could to make for a great stay. As with most or all properties in Riomaggarie there many steps. The views and food were great. You just have to accept extra effort. This would be very hard if handicapped. Lee

We had a great room overlooking the marina. The room was very clean and comfortable. Like everywhere there were lots of steep stairs but that is to be expected. The host was great and very friendly and helpful. If you bring large luggage there is a service that will take it to your room for you and it is well worth the minimal cost

If you want a room with a view, this is a great place. The staff was very helpful, met us at the train station to help guide us to the office to check in. During check in they give you a map and help how you how to get around the area and to the other cities.

Great location down at the marina. Close to the waters edge, we rented a kayak which was very easy to do. Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained.

Our stay was absolutely unreal!! The location could not have been more perfect we were staying right in one of those iconic colorful buildings you see in all the Cinque Terre postcards. Paolo was an amazing host from start to finish. He met us at the train station, guided us to the apartment, and even helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. He was extremely informative, welcoming, and made sure we knew that we could reach out if we needed anything. He was also very quick to respond anytime we messaged him. The room service was excellent as well. They kept everything clean and were so attentive, bringing anything we needed throughout our stay. Having our own private porch area in front was such a beautiful bonus! we loved being able to sit outside and take in the atmosphere of Riomaggiore. The whole experience felt so authentic and magical, and it’s definitely one of those places we’ll never forget We truly could not have asked for a better location or a better experience in Cinque Terre. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location at the water’s edge, great room and yes there are stairs everywhere so no surprise there. We had the top floor with a kitchen and deck which was fabulous for watching the world go by. It was worth the extra stairs. Super welcoming and helpful host. The bathroom was renovated with a good shower. Everything you need for a stay in Riomaggiore. Steps to everything including the beach.

Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time.
