Just the Best!

Our stay was perfect. We have been to Italy 4 times in the last 20 months we live in the USA. And just purchased a vacation home in Umbria. We generally prefer not to spend a lot of money for hotel as we are out and about for 12+ hours per day only sleeping showering and repeating again again. I truly can’t think of one critic? Every single staff member was Incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us comfortable. A Major shout out to our maid so sweet and excellent at her job. If we needed fresh towels or any products she was happy to assist us. The breakfast staff always happy to tend on you bringing you cafe etc. The front desk staff was terrific. They had our room ready for us and assisted us w our luggage. They were also very generous re water bottles at no charge. Always some in the fridge but if you needed more happy to provide. When we checked out they asked how was your stay? I responded amazing like the best ever they smiled and seemed so happy w my response but I truly meant it. Also Our room was very nice the linens and the towels were good quality & fresh. The room appearance was great no chipped paint & no stained ceilings very well maintained like it was brand new? Nice decor simple but quite nice. The beds were very cozy. I felt very comfortable and had no cringe feelings of a unkept room. One incredible perk was an underground parking garage w an electronic gate at NO CHARGE! You simply used your room key to open.

Umbria hotel in Poligno

If you are planning a tour of Umbria, Poligno and the Hotel Poledrino are a wonderful base. The hotel was comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean and served an excellent breakfast. Underground parking is a huge bonus, staff are excellent and speak good English. Ideally located near the wonderful old town, but also a 5 minute walk from the impressive station. Endless bars and eateries. Great tourism base. Can’t speak too highly of this lovely 3* hotel.

Secondo soggiorno presso Hotel Poledrini che si conferma una struttura comoda per la posizione facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione FS e vicina al Centro storico. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e con letti accoglienti, dotate di grande tv a led, frigo con acqua in omaggio e condizionatore. Il bagno forse è un po' piccolino e manca di piani di appoggio, specie se si occupa la stanza in due. Punti critici: ci vorrebbe un pochino di manutenzione per le macchie di umidità e l'intonaco rovinato in bagno; anche eliminare meglio il calcare dai rubinetti sarebbe utile a dare la sensazione di una pulizia efficace. I piccioni lasciano sulle finestre sporco piume e trovare un dissuasore adatto ad allontanarli non sarebbe male! Ho sempre qualche problema a regolare la temperatura della stanza (sia per il caldo che per il freddo, forse perché il getto d'aria è posizionato troppo verso l'alto (non ho trovato sul telecomando la funzione swing per rendere le "alette" del condizionatore basculanti).
