Alfredo was super friendly and attentive. It was easy to find and extremely close to the train station. Check in and check out was very smooth and the room was very clean. Breakfast was minimial for an American:) but good nonetheless. There was a balcony overlooking the area by the train station that was very pretty.

Fantastic stay

Ideally situated for the Alibus , the Metro and the central train station. The property was easy to find thanks to the instructions sent by Alfredo. The rooms are of a good size, with a huge bathroom that contained a large shower. The rooms, kitchen area and patio, overlooking the squsre were all spotlessly clean every day. Alfredo was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble for him. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay great location for getting round Naples and other areas around, great staff good breakfast ,will be back next year ,plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, easy links to airport and train station . Lovely breakfast, clean, comfortable, spacious room & bed, good internet access, great transport links. English-speaking staff are very friendly & helpful. Other guests quiet and respectful too. Well air conditioned which is a life saver during hot Naples nights. Lift access too for if you have luggage. Nice views of the piazza from the roof terrace. Overall, great hotel.

Spacious rooms, Giada was the best host, she gave us recommendations for sights and dinner, and called us a cab to get us to the port when we left. I travel for work so I spend at least 80 nights a year in one of the international chain hotels and the Five rooms is by far a better experience than any of those hotels.
