staff were very helpful and accommodating (did their best to cater to our needs like pack 'n plays, etc.), self check-in was smooth/instructions clear. location was perfect (view of the mountains, convenience of walking to nearby places of interest like food, hiking, etc.). stayed in a pet-friendly room for our family of 5. certain areas of the room we stayed in needed some upkeep/more thorough cleaning, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful stay. The only small improvement would be to have better blackout blinds, as the light from outside shone in our window all night long.
