Camp John Hay has a wonderful history. My hotel is one of 3 on the site. My room had a balcony that faced due east with the sun greeting me every morning at 6am ish. Best part of the day.

Camp John Hay is a class act. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but they are working on that. It is however immaculately clean! The grounds and surroundings are stunning and there is so much to do in the area. We loved it and will definitely go back.

It was in a serene and beautiful location. Customer service is top notch. Studio suite was huge! The only things preventing me from choosing this hotel again is the rooms didn’t have A/C and the water pressure in the shower is abysmal! In addition, even though they have free Wi-Fi, it is unsecured and unfortunately my VPN software would not connect. The big window plus the fans did help keep the room cool. The downside is you’ll hear all the noise from the parking lot. With the extremely weak water pressure in the shower, make sure you don’t flush the toilet and you have plenty of time to wait for the water to warm up. However, despite all these, we still enjoyed our stay.
