We stayed for our last night in Tokyo before our flight back to London. Room was clean and modern, breakfast was decent and location is good, very near a train station.

The overall experience was impressive. Speedy check in with free amenities at the lobby, clean room and convenient checkout service. Around the hotel was quiet enough to have a good sleep at night!

10/10 Exceptional

Rooms are clean, quiet, and predictably small but comfortable. The helpful staff is friendly, able to accommodate room changes, and help with luggage transfers. It's conveniently located about a 5-10 min walk from Gotanda Station and the area, while relatively quiet, has plenty of options for restaurants and shopping.

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing hotel in the heart of Gotanda with easy access to the train station. Very clean property with amazing views from the lobby on the upper floor! We opted for the "Superior" room with the wide-king bed and were not disappointed. Plenty of room space, highly recommend. Did not have time to take advantage of the on-site spa but heard amazing things. Oh also the shower was incredible! Will be back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room quality was moderately comfortable (highly utilized/worn and some mustiness) similar in quality to a Hampton Inn without the free breakfast.
