Well located in Bergen, but tiny room, no luggage rack, no place to put clothes, window does not open and faced indoor stairwell and did not open for fresh air. Bad lighting for reading in bed, Had to use half the double bed to put my suitcase. Good breakfast, nice staff but room was a disappointment and uncomfortable.

Very noisy room due to the bar outside which is open until 3.30. The shower leaked all over the floor and our bathroom wasn’t cleaned while we stayed there. Breakfast was ok but the staff don’t interact at all. A good location though.

Obviously not to the standard of other Radisson hotels as it was a bit cheaper, but the room was quite small and the bathroom set up was very “wet room,” and quite tired. The room was opposite a bar that was open until 3am that we weren’t warned about, so we did have a bit of disturbance. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. Amazing location close to the harbour.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent location. The only negative was that the windows are single glazed so it was noisy at night. Our first night was a Saturday and the second night Norway had just beaten Brazil in the World Cup so maybe it's not always that noisy. At least the locals can sing

The room is great. Average size for scandanavian hotel rooms (smaller than average USA hotel rooms), so since we knew what we were getting into, it wasn't bad at all. One thing would be that the shower unavoidably leaks out into the main part of the bathroom, as the doors don't block 100% of the water splashing, even with the nozzle turned inwards. So that's a bit frustrating, but everything else is perfect! Recommended!
