The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I arrived late and Johnathon was extremely helpful and even made me a sandwich and snacks. The property is vast and beautiful with some on property wildlife and a brook. Beautiful!

Atendimento ótimo, muito atencioso, gentil, educado, eficiente. Quartos espaço ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço como a natureza e os animais ,muito relaxante. Somente dois pontos desfavoráveis o ar condicionado barulhento e não ter canais de TV á cabo.

Piscina não estava funcionando, interfone quebrado, e poucos funcionários. Tive problemas para entrar, para sair do hotel e a piscina que seria um diferencial não estava funcionando. Outro ponto deixei para incluir uma pessoa lá, e a estadia da pessoa ficou mais cara que a minha. Desculpa o local é bonito, mas com esses problemas não vale os valores que eu paguei...

Se tivesse como eu dar mais estrelas pelo atendimento, com certeza daria. Lugar muito tranquulo, lindo, organizado, bem acolhedor. E o atendimento foi o melhor, o rapaz q nos atendeu foi muito gentil e educado em todos os aspectos. Super recomendo.
