The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has zero amenities except for a pot to boil water, instant coffee and tea. It did also have wifi and a desk which I appreciated. There is no restaurant and no breakfast available. The superior room with windows looked out to HVAC ducts, I had to look straight up to see anything at all. Not what I expected when paying extra for windows. I guess they would function as a fire escape but not to see the city. The rain shower in the bathroom and the ceiling above it was covered in black mold. There was also a hand held shower head that worked and appeared to be mold free. The air conditioning vent was also moldy. The room looked reasonably clean at first but there was a used condom wrapper under the bed. The desk had a piece of formica missing from the front. That said, the location was really good, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants and it wasn’t terribly expensive. Don’t book this room for the hotel, book it for the location if you don’t plan to spend much time here. I won’t be back but might try to stay in the same neighborhood.

If you have luggage, go for a bigger room. We had to move the bed to one side so that we can open pur large luggage placed on the floor. We also had issues with the TV turning on at the beginning. The location is great... In the vicinity of the major attractions we were interested.
