The restaurants are all around you so where the sites are very walkable easy to get to service was great. The rooms are really nicely done Water pressure. Excellent beds were comfortable. The hotel is right next to the mesmerizing Kalta Minor Minaret with its blue and green ancient coloring that you can’t take your eyes off. You can even see it well from the hotel’s rooftop. The hot breakfast had nice variety of local dishes to choose from such as pumpkin oven baked samsa, fresh and dried fruits, fresh vegetables.The wi-fi was also good, although at times they had to restart it to keep up with the number of guests using it. Hot water in the shower. Air conditioned room. Also, I liked that it was quiet.

It was a very lovely hotel. The view from the room and especially from the rooftop were also nice, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I had a bit of dissatisfaction with the front desk staff on the first day. When I tried to borrow a bottle opener to drink beer, he said the hotel doesn't have one, and I was told to bring the bottle to the front desk when opening. Since it's unimaginable for a hotel not to have a bottle opener, I assumed he misunderstood and thought I meant a wine opener. I tried to convey that I wanted to open a beer bottle, but he didn't seem to listen. At that moment, another staff nearby asked if I needed a bottle opener for beer, and I was able to borrow one from them. Perhaps he lacks confidence in English proficiency, but language skills don't matter. I just want them to understand and respond to the customer's needs thoroughly, even if it takes time. Understanding each other is crucial. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all. If I have the chance to visit Khiva again, I would like to stay there.
