This accommodation was great and the breakfast was excellent. My only negative feedback was that the room was a bit smelly of cigarette smoke and you could smell people smoking from their rooms. I stayed at this place at the beginning and at the end of my Japan trip and would absolutely recommend it. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, everything was really nice. In terms of sustainability there is some room for improvement though (no clean towels everyday needed, “normal“, re-usable plates at breaksfast are not provided every day).
