駅近、清潔、チェックイン／アウトスムーズ、静か

ドアの外は屋内ではなく外気に触れる廊下です。別のマンションの廊下が目の前にありますが、特に気にはなりません。 飲み物は普通ホテル内の自販機だと高そうですが、ここはコンビニより安いので良心的です。 階によって窓のすぐ外が隣のビルの屋上と同じ高さだったりするので、日中部屋に滞在してカーテンを開け放ちたい人はチェックイン時に確認すると良いかもしれません。 ベッドサイドに照明スイッチやコンセントがあったり、ベッドサイドテーブルもあったり、WiFiもサクサクだし、お湯の出も抜群、居住性は良いです。 スタッフの方に伝えましたが、廊下は禁煙なのですが、英語表記が「ここタバコ吸うスペースです」と完全に間違えて書かれてました笑(誰も吸ってるとこ見ませんでしたが)

フロントスタッフの女性はとても優秀でした。 ただ掃除が雑。2つの窓枠ともホコリが。 机の落ちにくい汚れや傷もメンテされてたらと思います。 唯一鏡のあるユニットバスの洗面台周辺にコンセントがないのでドライヤーを使うには部屋にある延長コードが必要。 パジャマはシワだらけで着る気がしませんでした。 立地は駅近で大きな道路に面し、とても良いです。

駅近で利便良し

初めて利用しましたが、JRの馬喰町の駅に一番近く（ほぼ目の前です）、都営新宿線の馬喰横山からも歩いてすぐでとても便利でした。 何より、帰りに羽田空港に向かうのに、都営浅草線で乗り換えなしで一本で行けたのはとても良かったです！ ホテル自体はマンションタイプで新しくてとても快適でした。とてもお安く宿泊させていただいたので、大満足でした。 ホテルとは直接関係ないですが、道を挟んで向かいにある、ご夫婦でやられているハンバーグ屋さんがとても美味しかったです。 個人的には立地と新しさでまた宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。
