Location
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

Room with open bathroom facing the street is extremely noise, all night long! No sound proof door or small window, which is needed on this all night long entertainment neighborhood. Rooms in the rear do not have windows to the exterior. TV in the room had no access to internet, even though the staff tried, the TV wouldn't connect to the internet. So no streaming on TV.

Gorgeous place, my bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was a balcony with a wall of leaves that kept people from looking in, that was weird the first night

6/10 Buena

A very average hotel with tiny rooms and semi outdoor bathrooms They downgraded the room with a double bed instead of king size as booked and paid , putting the blame on Expedia . Way better hotels in surrounding then this one

We had a wonderful stay at Leclerc Cali. We recently had the pleasure of visiting Cali for our anniversary, and we must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the grandeur and elegance of this establishment. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cali. Here are some of the things that I liked about the hotel: The location: Very well located in the neighbourhood Granada closed to restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The service: The staff at Leclerc were extremely friendly and attentive. They are always willing to help with anything you need, from a beverage every time you returned to providing recommendations in the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Leclerc. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cali.

I had such an amazing stay at this boutique hotel - the service was truly exceptional. From the first moment I walked in, I was met with friendly faces and warm welcomes. The staff were incredibly attentive to my needs and made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found myself sinking into it every night with a sense of pure bliss. But what really set this hotel apart was the level of care and attention given by the staff. They took the time to get to know me and my preferences, and made every effort to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. From the personalized recommendations for local restaurants and attractions to the thoughtful little touches like a candle lighting in my room and homemade goodies at turn-down, this hotel truly went above and beyond in delivering a memorable experience. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized experience, with service that is truly unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
