Lovely hotel

Had a great stay, hotel is a great location for the beach and south beach area. Staff are really helpful and access to the beach chairs/towels is really handy. It can be noisy but in south beach that is standard and during the actual nighttime it was quiet.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg but wanted to be in walking distance of the beach and the strip. If you’re looking for just a nice quiet clean room this is your place. But if you’d like a pool and more amenities you’ll wanna look else where they didn’t have a pool. But they do have an Italian restaurant that seemed pretty popular. We didn’t actually get to check it out. The staff was great and super friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints at all!

Front desk lady was very nice, showed up at 8:00 and check in wasn't until 4:00, and she kindly took all our luggage and provided us with towels and a temp room card so that we could get beach chairs for the day. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, Limoncello, and our server Ryan was as amazing as the food itself. Great stay at Casa Boutique Hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to everything. Other than that everything else is a fight. Getting the room cleaned, fresh towels, elevator was not working so had to drag luggage up and down flights of stairs, and don’t plan on sleeping before 2am on any given night because the restaurant blasts music and it’s very loud.
