Rummets størrelse var fint, på trods af at vi aldrig forstod den afrikanske udsmykning. Dog kunne rummets faciliteter som køkken og spisestue ikke udnyttes da der i køkkenet kun var en mikrobølgeovn og el-kedel. Intet service ud over to tekopper, to vandglas og et vinglas. Eneste kontakt med personale var telefonisk ved ankomsten, da vi fandt ud af at check-in var ved selvbetjening, og vi ikke havde fået tilsendt nødvendige oplysninger. Derudover sagde vi godmorgen til en medarbejder bag skranken ved morgenmaden. Restaurant på stedet viste sig at være 550 meter derfra. Vi bestilte maden i gadekøkkenet og blev så guidet ind i en fuldstændig nedslidt restaurant, hvor vi fik maden serveret. Den daglige rengøring, som fremgår af hotellets hjemmeside, udeblev.

Trivelig opphold på Båtsfjord hotell.

Flott og spennende rom (Afrikanske dyr på veggene). Sengen var komfortabel. Bodde der fra fredag-mandag. Rommet manglet litt utstyr ( bestikk, vinåpner og vannkoker). Fikk låne det av Polar hotell rett ved siden av. Frokosten var bra, litt hjemmekoselig😊
