A small, family run hotel with excellent customer service and communication. Close to the city centre, it is only a 6 minute walk to the main train station. The interior is spotless and well presented with the room itself clean & comfortable. Breakfast was just right and I would happily book again.

Staff really nice, and attentive. Heating works fantastic and shower with really nice water pressure. However, the place is rather old. No issues with that, but beds are hard and pillows are awful. They flatten completely as soon as you start lay on them and give no support whatsoever for the head (also, they are feather pillows so if you are allergic, best to inform in advance). Considering we only needed a place to sleep, unfortunately the place did not meet our expectations.

Family run hotel near Düsseldorf main train station, very well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Traveled for business attending exhibition in Cologne and wanted somewhere near the main station. This hotel was perfect and I will stay here again.

Really lovely stay. The room was small, but super cosy. Honestly didn't feel like I needed anything bigger. The staff were extremely lovely and very accommodating. They looked after my luggage afsfter I checked out in the morning until I returned in the afternoon. They even allowed me to use the bathroom and guest area to freshen up before catching my train in the afternoon. Absolutely recommend a stay here for those last minute trips.

Tiny rooms, no AC, in a super shifty part of town. Rooms look nothing like the images, hotel rating must have been bought as it wasn't earned. We took one look and booked another hotel, couldn't get a refund even though we booked 3 days and used 30 minutes.

The hotel was as advertised, good location close to the main train station and about 20 minute walk to the old town The rooms were clean but there was an underlying smoke smell. Shower worked well The staff were were very helpful and friendly Two things that could be improved were the towels which seemed like they were 50 years old and the pillows were terrible There is no air conditioning as advertised, so when hot the only option is to open the window Overall, as advertised but in need of some updating

A good choice throughout.

Clean room. Single bed, a little tight and therefore not so comfortable, but nice scenic picture on wall above. Nice small compartments to put small possessions by your bedside. Also two chairs, sizeable windows which opened. A table to rest things on. A cupboard, a tv (which needed new batteries, but I still managed to operate it manually). Bathroom clean throughout, good shower, a few soaps, towels, small seat (useful), sink, a few mirrors. Has all the basics and is clean throughout. Helpful staff at the reception. Quite close to train station, roughly 5-10 minutes walk. Also close to Rewe and nearby corner shop.
