The property manager was a POS and not cooperative about the situation with Expedia. The beds felt like you could have been more comfortable on a bed of rocks. The sheets and covers felt like they were washed and hang dried. The room was hot af.

As soon as we opened the front door. The smell was horrible- the beds looked clean. The front mirror was smeared and not clean. They left a container to put ice in which was dirty- it had pop stains stuck to the side and dirt and dust all around top edge. We had to go to the office to get a bag to put ice in . The bathroom was dirty- floor was dirty and not cleaned in months from the looks of it. Mirror was smeared and couldn't see in it. Sink and tub were nasty as well. We were on first floor and the noise above us sounded like a herd of horses. Noise level on the outside from cars with their music turned up was bad. The bathroom door would not even close all the way. We will never stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Buried the cost of a nonsmoking hotel (asked for $250 on top of the room cost) instead of joining the rest of the world in the year 2000 and not offering smoking rooms. Or adding charges for the luxury of smoking rooms. I have a respiratory condition & cannot handle the intense, disgusting rooms (complete with bugs and meth burns) -but they refused to arrange anything better (in nonbooked rokms) or refund/cancel the booking.

No ice machine,had to slam the door to close it,dirty live in conditions,nasty tub ,rude management,was leaving the door open to air it out because it smelled like old cigarettes and odors and was told we HAD to(even though i spent hard earned money on the nasty place)keep it closed, also i discovered a wet floor upon arrival with hair all over it
