I especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp, which made everything so easy and supportive. My satisfaction is literally 1,000,000%! If I come back to Chiang Mai, I would definitely choose this place again, and I will gladly recommend it to my friends as well.

Have a very pleasant experience in this hotel, especially for people who like traditional wooden architecture, yet the facility inside are modern enough, shower water are strong and hot, bed are comfortable, overall very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful which made my trip so much more easy. Especially enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit under they sky in the garden!
