The hotel was charming and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Checking in and staying at a hotel with no humans to answer questions was weird. No big problems but we would have appreciated more information about the restaurant and the TV. We did not find anyone to explain the times of the restaurant and there were few other choices. Victor is an interesting historical town and we wished the town had been cared for as well as the Victor Hotel has been. We'd stay there again if traveling anywhere nearby.

We stayed for a function in town. The room was nice and comfortable, good bed, coffee maker and fridge. A little weird that the sink was multi purpose for main room and bathroom. There was an extra fan for those of us that need a little white noise ❤️. As there is no lobby per se and the check in/check out process is digital, there was no one to ask for amenities like vending and ice. I really need ice and that’s my only complaint.

Came to stay to meet some guests from the other side! Didn't disappoint! Right away when entering th code to get in my room the door knob tuned and the door opened on its own! It was so cool! We chose to stay on the forth floor because of the history! Met a gentleman by the name of Randy on my spirit box that had a bit of a foot fetish. The spirits were so inviting and we really felt at home! Will be staying again! The soaking tub was INCREDIBLE after a long day of sightseeing at the local cemeteries. 🤘

It is a unique experience. Room had character. Not your run of the mill hotel chain. Elevator was installed in 1900 when the town burned down and the hotel rebuilt. The shower in the claw bath tub was a trip. All of the people were extremely friendly. Although limited, the food was good at the bakery and the bar next door. We enjoyed our two night stay.

Very dusty, hair all over sheets and in the bathroom, towels did not smell clean/fresh and dirty sink. We really liked the digital check in as that can be convenient. The historic property was beautiful. Unfortunately, they have very little staff on site. The first room were assigned, the dirty bedding and towels were on the floor. They switched us to another room that was plenty big, just not kept in tip top condition. Sheets and towels were yellowed and stained. Cleaning was not as good as it could have been. All communication was by text and phone to someone with a Nevada location. Restaurant was closed. No coffee in the lobby. Small pot was in the room. Our mistake was coming on a Monday and Tuesday. The whole town of Victor was just about closed down. We had to drive to Cripple Creek for restaurants, shops, etc.
