Wonderful and newly renovated hotel. No staff members present but none needed. Wish there were a few more open restaurants/bars.

We only stayed one night but it's a very nice clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was nice and clean. Check in ladies were extremely efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place to relax and have fun with family

This is a great old historic building, with correct period furnishings. It was originally built as a hospital, but works fine as a hotel. WARNING: Some of the rooms have no bathrooms (I'm not sure how many), so if you want to avoid going down the hall for a morning shower, be sure to ask for a room with a bathroom. The staff here couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay. There is a shuttle service to the "downtown" if you don't want to drive the 1/2 mile or so...

This property is marketed as European luxury in Colorado. The new addition to Bronco Billy's is certainly that while the original property remains. There are still aspects of the property yet to open such as restaurants, pool, spa,etc. Our room is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. Young lady who checked us in was very kind and knowledgeable. It is more luxurious than other Cripple Creek hotels so it obviously costs more.

An absolutely breathtaking stay, the property is beautiful and has lovely views of nature.

The Parkview room was comfortable and clean, as always. We stay there 2-3 times a year an appreciate the motel, friendly staff, and great location.

Was a little disappointed with the fact that even though the hotel was not very full, we were given a room at the very end of the property right on the street, so we had to deal with a lot of street noise during the night

We had a grat visit. The property is beautiful. The little town is amazing. The hiking trails are awesome (but challenging for two out-of-shape, low altitude loving Texans. Lol). My only complaint would be getting and turning in the keys to our room. The lock boxes to retrieve the keys are a bit awkward and dont seem very secure, and leaving the keys in the room and texting that you're checked out left me feeling a bit uneasy. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night....

We enjoyed the vibe of the place, and its historical value. The cabins are not super plush, but certainly comfortable. We would stay here again.

New hotel with large rooms. It doesn't feel cramped like some places.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. My wife and I celebrated our 35 anniversary. The staff was very helpful & polite and the rooms are so comfortable. The live music in the lobby was a special treat. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and both meals were perfect. They have a speakeasy behind the book shelf what added to the stay. We highly recommend Hotel St. Cloud.

We stayed in the Bootlegger cabin, which was somewhat detached and nicely secluded from the other cabins. The place was immaculate, and had all of your household needs- everything was in top shape and perfect working order. The area around the unit was genuinely perfect. The only thing here that needs to be made clear to other visitors is that there is a highway nearby. When it’s quiet, it’s very quiet, but at the busier points in the day it can be a little noisy. The young lady at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer. She made me feel right at home and took the time to kneel down and meet my little dog, he loved her!!!

I would use this property again Great location. Clean property. I would travel again. The only issue was , we booked a “ Mountain View “ room at a small extra price. However the room they put us in, had a sun shade down covering the entire window. It was broke not working, thus down. So we had no Mountain View . I am still waiting for a refund for the difference of the extra cost? The hotel was advised of the issue, and they said they would correct, but never did. I assume they will make me...
