Taxi struggle to find hotel but got there eventually. Nice hotel rooms, good quality. Common areas ok. Annoying the reception is on the 6th floor with rooms below as spend time in lift going up/down more than needed. Location is good and central. Not the nicest street as full of fast food restaurants but everything is accessible and easy.

Amazing experience from top to bottom. Staff is absolutely amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better location for shopping and dining. Right in the heart of Myeongdong. Very close to bus and subway.

Fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, do this. It’s right on Myeongdong, so if you want to go there, this is your hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but it’s a luxury hotel. While we were visiting the roof, had Jackie Chans car from one of his movies, they had borrowed it so we took some pictures there, which was pretty cool. Staff are attentive and there’s a laundromat on the roof, when you walk out, there’s literally restaurants 5 feet away. We would stay here again. We were a family of four and we all fit in their room.

Great home base in Seoul

Very convenient location, comfortable and sizable room, and high-quality breakfast. We stayed on the third floor right above the fried chicken street, but amazingly could hear none of the noise outside. Great home base for our stay in Seoul, very good and accessible transportation options nearby, and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel located in the heart of Myeongdong where street food is literally around the corner. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Dyson hair dryer and nespresso coffee machine provided in the room. Molten Brown products add on to the luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious and service is first class - felt like fine dining with bigger portions. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet even though the F&B outlets are just in front of the hotel. Room is considered big compared with other hotels that we stayed in the past. Hotel is near to the Eujiro 1 station and Myeongdong station, both about 3 mins and 8 mins walk respectively. Our 7 nights stay package includes the breakfast which is realy good. One feedback is that the brealfast menu could be changed to a different menu on every 3 days for variety. Nevertheless, we will definitely stay at Hotel28 again when we visit Seoul again.

This small hotel is situated in the perfect spot to explore Myeongdong. The staff (everyone ) are awesome. Always willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and I love the pillows. Everything is very clean. I stayed 10 days and loved every minute.
