Good location, good restaurant, a/c good. But….Too noisy, no black out curtains & sun comes in room early, pool could be cleaner & has a slight smell, bathroom vanity slopes down & cracks in the walls. Room was a let down, needs upgrade & sound proofing

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay, the room was modern, bright and clean. The housekeeping was excellent, the lady was quick, efficient and always cheerful. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A couple of things need attention, the safe in our room didn’t work, there were cleaning chemicals put in the pool while I was swimming when they should have waited till the pool was closed. Couldn’t check in till 3pm.

It is a proper budget option, no frills. I had no problems during my week there. Water was more than hot enough, and the AC was adequate. Everything worked in the room and the room staff kept everything stocked up. Breakfast was good. The place is a bit dated, but I would stay there again.

being told i was two hours early to check in had to go back later, left luggage with reception, went out for a walk without power bank, using google map all the time soon drain my battery, spent an hour asked for direction! a joke to find hotel w google map because its down a side street. reception staffs were never proactive ! even the securities n cleaning staffs were more welcoming. there are better choices.

Very disappointed with hotel needs a bit of loving around the hotel .Bathroom had a bad smell and towels after use had a bad smell too .booked double bed to find i got a twin .if i wanted double i had to pay more

Depending who you get behind the counter, your experience can change. But what disappointed me, I asked for a motorbike taxi on departure day (which I had many things on my mind) and there was three porter's doing nothing and concierge didn't bother to ask them to hail a motorbike taxi with their hand. That's all they needed to do. So I had to do it myself. It's not rocket science.
