Great location in the historic arts district close to great restaurants, stores, waterfront, and the national quilt museum. Parking was on the street. Room in the annex was clean but smelled very musty. Also, what seemed like a rooftop compressor was extremely loud when it ran above the room. Other than that, the historic renovation of this building was very impressive and the materials were top grade.

Pit stop on our trip cross-country. Cute, historic town with a cool waterfront and interesting buildings. The hotel was very nice with a helpful staff. We were there on a Sunday and very little was open. Would return when we know events are taking place as I am sure it would be fun.

We were greeted by super friendly, Anthony upon arrival. He graced us with an unexpected early check in (so appreciated)..then helped us with Restaurant and shopping suggestions. (Doe's, In & Out)...excellent choices. Our room was roomy, we'll decorated and comfortable. The large walk in shower was a plus and private water closet divine!. We loved the soft sheets, the plethora of pillows, extra blanket and coffee bar. We utilized the mini frig and the cozy couch/chair area outside of our room (2nd floor) to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. We will definitely be back to this lovely, quaint Hotel. If you are in Paduca don't miss the pastries, fresh baked breads and quiche at Kirchhoff's. I also grabbed a bottle of their fresh garlic infused olive oil and spices to go. Dined at Max's brick oven Pizza and the tuna was superb...nice wines too! 5 stars Paduca ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ

Perfect location for attending performance at The Carson Center and several historic sites and restaurants within easy walking distance. Especially enjoyed the river walk and murals. Only problem was I had not noticed their note about no elevator; fortunately, it was only one flight of stairs to our room.

The property was beautiful and in walking distance of a lot of food and entertainment. The room was spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for dinner and drinks! There was a wedding/reception during our time there, but they were wrapped up by 11 pm. Just ask staff if there is an event during your stay. If you are sensitive to sounds/music, keep in mind the main building has the venue. Possibly ask to stay in one of the annex locations across the street. I enjoyed my stay and will return!

This historic district in Paducah is something to behold - and this hotel is a perfect place to experience it. The building has been beautifully and smartly renovated. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The mattress on our bed is ready for replacement and an upgrade. Awesome walk-in shower with two shower heads. Would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed the city condo! It was close to everything and it was nice to escape from the hustle and bustle after a night out. I loved the full kitchen and available coffee. It is located in a loft in the city so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
