São críticas construtivas...para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade de um Resort maravilhoso como esse. Quarto precisando de reforma urgente, não tem cortina black out, hóspede acorda antes das 6:00, com o Sol, não tem telefone, não tem Wi-Fi e não tem sinal de celular no quarto, refeições com nível de comida muito ruim, quartos distantes da recepção, onde fica o estacionamento dos carros, hotel disponibiliza carrinho elétrico pra pegar as bagagens, mas esperei 2 horas pelas bagagens. Uma pena pois tem piscinas maravilhosas e é pé na areia da praia de Tucuns.

Já estive nesse hotel outras 3 vezes, porém com administração diferente, fiquei decepcionada com essa estadia, principalmente com as refeições. Opções deficientes, de baixa qualidade, ambiente sem organização. As áreas comuns do hotel estão largadas, sem manutenção adequada do jardim, guarda sol quebrado, por fim tinha uma barata no meu quarto. Gostaria muito que esse hotel, pois não podemos mais chamar de resort, voltasse a ser o que foi um dia, restaurante de excelência e ambientes impecáveis.

Eu tenho que dar os parabéns pra social media do hotel, pq ela consegue fazer recortes perfeitos e transformar o hotel no paraíso. Tenho vários pontos a levantar como no café da manhã a manteiga acabou, não houve reposição pq acabou a manteiga do hotel! Todas as refeições tinha macarrão e não tinha nenhum queijo ralado. Tinha 2 máquinas de refrigerante e uma desligada, o hotel estava cheio. Para finalizar, sobre a recreação, tinham recreadores incríveis, mas tinha uma recreadora q não deixava meu filho de 6 anos participar da recreaçao, no ultimo dia ela colocou ele de fora da brincadeira e ele teve q ir pro quarto sozinho (ngm do hotel nos chamou para busca-lo) e como o resort é enorme e nós estavamos mt longe ele foi correndo por quase dois kilometros sozinho e chorando. No nosso quarto a banheira não funcionava, o controle do ar tb não e no ultimo dia a camareira passou e deixou a porta aberta (não sabemos por qt tempo pq qd chegamos no quarto as 17 a porta estava aberta)

O quarto: cama com molas quebradas. E barulho continuo 24h de algum motor no shaft do prédio. Equipe: visível insatisfação em atender ao público. Por excessão dos maleiros. Elevador: não funcionava, o que comprometeu consideravelmente nosso acesso com criança de carrinho de bebê. Restaurante: Poucas opções no buffet, tanto no almoço quanto no jantar. Em geral a experiência foi mediana. Pontos positivos: gostei da piscina, os funcionarios eram educados. Pontos negativos: poucas opcoes no almoco e jantar, atividades anunciadas que nao estavam funcionando pois o equipamento estava quebrado (arco e flecha), solicitamos cama de casal e nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro empurradas junto (o que fica pessimo pro casal dormir).
