Apesar do problema que tivemos com o site (que mesmo com a reserva feita não informou o hotel, ficando o mesmo lotado, fazendo com que chegássemos e o hotel estivesse lotado), o proprietário se prontificou a resolver o problema e nos acomodou em um hotel superior, sem qualquer custo adicional.

A Pousada fica muito bem localizada, próxima a Rua das Pedras, Praia dos Ossos (onde é possível pegar táxi boat para outras praias), Praia Azeda, e Praia João Fernandes. Deixamos o carro e fizemos tudo a pé. O atendimento também foi incrível, o Guilherme nos recebeu muito bem!! Voltaremos!

This Pousada has a very nice hostess, Isa. She makes a big difference. The room is clean, breakfast is tasty, the location for those who want to be between Ossos and Joao Fernandes beaches is excellent, but Isa is still what makes you feel home.

A localização dessa pousada é sua única qualidade. As fotos postadas não condizem com a realidade, os móveis são velhos, o frigobar totalmente enferrujado. E, pra piorar, TODAS as noites fomos “visitados” por baratas enormes! Péssimo!

Tudo de bom! Ótimo custo/benefício. Cinco praias ótimas bem perto do hotel, atendimento excepcional, funcionários atenciosos e super prestativos. A pé caminha-se pela Orla Bardot até o centro de Búzios (Rua das Pedras) em poucos minutos. Café da manhã bem gostoso. Voltarei com certeza!...

As instalações são ótimas....mais.... paguei 2 diárias só que aconteceu um imprevisto e só consegui ir no dia seguinte ao chegar pela manhã fui tomar café e fui impedido...disseram que o café seria só para quem estava já nas instalações. Então tive que falar na frente de todos que havia pago 2 diárias. Gerou constrangimento pra mim e minha família! Quando falei que só iria pagar 1 diária aí liberaram o café! Mais o constrangimento que nossa família passou foi horrível!

Fuimos por primera vez a Buzios y nos recibieron con una Muy cálida bienvenida calida atención, excelente desayuno Posada típica de Buzios, de tamaño reducido. Recomendable, volvería sin dudas.
