Although we arrived early we were able to park, our room was not ready but we were given our keys so that we come come back later. Our room came with breakfast served in the room which we did not know. Superb breakfast every morning. All staff very friendly. 15 mins walk to Bowness or Windermere with buses available to other areas. Great place and location to stay. would definately stay again highly recommended.
