10/10 Exceptional

An excellent hotel - facilities, rooms, dining etc., but location in surrounding area not attractive, BUT good location for access to Barcelona and Monserrat. The Staff are very obliging and the Reception Staff were really wonderful - so helpful and courteous, and could produce whatever was requested! Fantastic!

6/10 Good

Ok hotel, with no competition

The hotel gets an 'ok' but nothing more... the beds are good and the rooms quite well isolated and the breakfast is great. The lobby is far from pretty and the staff could use some training and motivation. Guess it doesnt matter much because there's hardly any alternative in Terrassa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joseph, Thank you!, Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Our experience at the hotel was made truly memorable thanks to Joseph at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, his warm and welcoming attitude put both my family and I at ease — especially our kids, who were instantly made to feel like special guests. Joseph, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, helping us with check-in efficiently, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly patient, professional, and attentive — qualities that make all the difference when traveling with a family. What really stood out was how naturally Joseph connected with the children, treating them with kindness and genuine interest. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated! Thank you, Joseph, for making our stay smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable. You are truly a standout in hospitality!

2/10 Poor

We stayed for two nights, basically we just want a place to sleep and rest. It was a terrible and awful experience stayed in 6th floor (top floor) there was a loud and vibrating sound maybe it’s a generator. Sounds like a running machine that we did not get to rest and sleep. Staff said they can’t do anything about it, which is true and not their fault. The room is spacious and clean but our top priority is the comfort. It’s ruined and vacation because we had sleepless nights. Wasted of money and time.
