The stay was amazing. Excellent location close to parking and you can easily walk to the entrance. The staff always stayed in touch using Whats App and made connecting very simple. Had a great stay at Casa Diva as a base for visiting Matera. Sales Manager Eleonora was more than helpful in every respect. Her communication, and assistance, in advance and during our stay was excellent. We had a great couple of nights there. Located close to car park too!

The hostess at Casa Diva communicated with us beautifully. The hotel is charming and very close to a car park, important because visiting Matera involves carrying luggage over stoned streets and stairs. We would love to come back. We stayed in the Junior Suite, one of the few that is air conditioned, and were very comfortable.

This is a lovely house and very centrally located but quiet! Our hostess was very kind and we had an unusual "cave" room that was interesting and had a garden area so we could sit outside. Matera is an amazing place NOT to be missed! Spend several nights at Casa Diva. You will not be disappointed!!

Very authentic experience. A very old building close to the Sassi (caves). Only a small number of rooms so none of the hassle of a busy hotel. Nice roof terrace. Very good views. Spacious rooms. Casa Diva a dream hotel

We had an amazing stay at Casa Diva. From the initial communication before check-in to the farewell in the Lobby, the time at this hotel was superb. Eleonara was so accomodating. We were allowed to check-in early which is not so easy for them to do since they are off-site due to the location. But Eleonara was available at all times by phone for whatever needs we had. She showed us to our room and gave an explanation of this unique hotel, every room is different and unique. The terrace on the second floor is open to all guests. We loved the view and relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and very extensive. The cappuccinos are freshly made at your request. Our room was very clean with a large modern bathroom. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return to Matera.

The property is well located on the edge of the old town making it super easy if coming in by car with parking nearby and also for carrying luggage. The property is well maintained with great character and an incredible view overlooking the old town from the main balcony. We had standard rooms which were decent size with good size bathrooms. Eleanora is super helpful and was available to answer any questions we had!
