The staff were very friendly and helpful the majority of the time. The place was a nice spot to stay, as long as you don't spend too much time in your room. There was no airflow in the rooms because the windows don't open, and the fan made the air feel dry and gave off a weird smell. The elevators were not working for the majority of the time I was there, and I had to take the stairs up to the 6th floor with our luggage. The hotel has a lot of potential, and you can see they are trying to improve the space, but it is not there yet.
