The staff did not speak English which was not acceptable for a property that pretends to be 4 or 5 stars. It has the potential potential to be 5 stars but fails in a lot of categories. The hotel was ok. The staff was nice. It Looks like it was a nice place when it first opened but they haven’t kept up with the maintenance needed. For example the light in our bathroom didn’t work. The blinds didn’t open properly, the water in the shower accumulated. Breakfast was mediocre.
