Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

Despite the fact that the hotel has multiple international flags in front of it we have yet to find anyone in the hotel that speaks any English they didn't understand the process to check us in as internationals and we're looking for documentation even though they didn't recognize it when they saw it working with the Chilean government they wanted my license number on my car in the United States among other things.... We had to make another trip downstairs later in the evening after we'd already retired for bed to fill out more paperwork with information that we'd already supplied them....

Fui com certo receio, já que, nos diversos vídeos que assisti antes da viagem, nenhum influenciador sequer mencionava este hotel. Mas, quando cheguei, tive uma agradável surpresa. Apesar de o quarto ser um pouco apertado, é bastante funcional e atendeu muito bem às nossas necessidades. Por uma questão de hábito, sentimos falta da ducha higiênica no banheiro, mas percebi que ela não parece ser muito comum na cidade. A equipe merece um destaque especial: todos foram sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. No dia em que saímos bem cedo para um passeio na neve, prepararam um lanche para levarmos, para que não ficássemos com fome durante o trajeto. Um cuidado simples, mas que fez toda a diferença. A localização também é boa, ficando a cerca de 1 km do Costanera Center e de Uber cerca de R$ 15,00 Se um dia voltar a Santiago, sem dúvida este hotel será minha primeira opção.

Box perigosíssimo!!! Muito escorregadio. Tomar banho era muito perigoso . E parecia ser um quarto para quem possuia necessidades especiais,.pois tinha barras e banco. Mas o box era em um degrau alto, com piso de plástico, irregular e escorregava muito. Eu e meu marido quase caímos ! O hotel é muito bom, quarto ótimo, cama boa, recepção muito atenciosa e simpática. Café maravilhoso, com muitas opcoes ! Boa localização e estacionamento excelente! .
