The room is what you should expect at the Jersey Shore. No frills, yet clean and conveniently located. The staff was very kind and helpful and welcoming. The bed is hard and needs extra pillows.

Our room had sand on the floor and a sticky substance in one spot that ruined my sock. The beds were so uncomfortable, parking was an issue. Wouldn’t return.

Nothing like you would expect!

Check-in was easy. Convenient to the boardwalk. Room was dirty. Stains on the floor, door didn’t close right leaving an opening at the bottom. No carts for luggage.

No parking on premises you have to go walk two blocks. The pool was insanely dirty and I’m not even that picky. The bathroom was horrific and the roll of toilet paper wasn’t even new upon checkin. Great location but hotel isn’t that great.

I use the Aztec sometimes when I’m at Seaside. It is right on the boardwalk. They have parking and a Resturant above it. The bathroom was recently renovated. The staff are helpful and friendly when I stayed there. I found the prices were reasonable given the height of the season and needed a quick reservation. I would use again when I’m in the area again

The hotel room was very dirty. Floors were not washed, didn't want to use the shower at all. There was something in the room that got my daughter sick. Very bad allergic reaction to something. We left a night early.

Great location decent property. You can tell it was recently renovated. The only "complaint" i would have is the beds were super uncomfortable. Like the spring on the box springs were shot and I felt like I caved into the mattress. But like I said, not the biggest complaint and the overall experience was great for the price

Our room was right outside the front desk which left much to be desired. The floors are all tile, cold, and not a bit of carpeting anywhere. The tub was stained and gross. The bed was hard as a rock and the two pillows we were given were flatter than paper. Overall, this was not a good stay.

The room was ok, very outdated. I picked this hotel because I thought it was on the boardwalk. You have to walk down three flights of stairs, or take an ancient elevator to get down to the parking garage. Not convenient at all.
