Check-in was interesting, it took a while to get the code I was worried we wouldn’t have a room when we arrived. No one would answer our calls or return phone calls. But when we got there it all worked out we got the code an hour before we arrived. The resort is beautiful. We had a great time on the mountain coaster and sky lift. Lunch was amazing and the staff were great. It was a great experience and we cannot wait to go back.

Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business!

Really enjoyed our weekend mother/daughter/granddaughter get away. Check in was very easy and the ladies in the front were very helpful. The lobby was welcoming and we played pool on the 2nd night there. Unfortunately the hot tub was taken over by a bunch of teenagers who kept going back and forth from the pool to the hot tub. There was another "pool/hot tub?" that we were able to use but the water was lukewarm and no jets and the built in seating felt a little grimy. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna because it was always filled. It's a little deceiving when it comes to the bar. When you use the QR code it gives you a list of drinks but when we tried to order one the woman behind the bar laughed at us and said she had not idea what those were. She was not very friendly and after hearing her talking to another guest it seems as though she was covering for someone else. She could have been a little friendlier in my opinion. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a great experience.
