Always a Great stay. Reasonable rates. Rooms are well cleaned. Delicious breakfast bar with yummy waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, good coffee, orange juice. Rite in the heart of town. Restarants and shopping stores. Minutes from the beach. Staff was kind and helped when needed more towels and very accommodating. Bonus restarant/bar attached to hotel. The Gathering Place. Great food and great ice cream bar.

There was a working pool and hot tub. A bonus. The hotel itself is a little outdated. Good safe place to stay, but mildly eh feeling. Breakfast not lots of options, but good. Breakfast area crowded, but it's connected to a nice dinner restruant. Great place to stay for the price. Would stay again, if I couldn't find anything else in the area. Safe, clean and respectable.

Overall this was a very good motel clean and up to date. Minor issues with the blackout curtain ( broken at the top causing light to come in), one of the wall plugs seems to be malfunctioning causing my cell phone overnite charge to not work

There was one person working the desk 24 hrs, all three days (2nights) we were there. Same person was in charge of getting breakfast ready, which sometimes resulted in it starting an hour late (don't count on it. Not even the coffee was out). Room was clean, but sheets looked old and stained. Only one soap bar to be shared between shower and sink (bring your own!). Location was quiet and had plenty of parking.

The hotel is dated. You get what you pay for. It was good for sleeping there. When using the sink it would clog. Towels had holes in them. Toilet sit so very low to the floor. Ceramic floor in bathroom crumbling. Carpets in room in need of cleaning. The grounds around the building needed cleaning. When we arrived on that Friday afternoon the trash can was full on the side of the building. When we left trash was over flowing on to the grass. There was a plastic bench there also and a cracked up plastic chair. Like I said this is what you get when you pay a rate that is low. It’s not a 5 star hotel by any means.
