Since this was the only motel in the area, we had little choice. Image my surprise when we found it comfortable, clean and the help great. I used the hot tub - great. Pool looked wonderful and really big. Games were provided around the pool, puzzles and library books in the lobby. Beds were comfortable. The ONLY thing I would comment on was the shower curtain needed to be replaced. Would I stay there again if I ever am in the area - sure would.

The property seemed nice but we checked in and left approximately 10 minutes later. Upset that we paid to stay, not because of the hotel but we went for a College Visit and the town has nothing and knew our son would not attend that University. I wish we had a better understanding of the city and could have saved ourselves $110

Great, but...

Beautiful hotel, quiet location, and wonderful staff. However, the air conditioner in our room could not keep up (yes, it was in the 90's outside during our stay but our room was probably in the low to mid-80's, even overnight when it cooled outside) and the bed was extremely soft. Some travelers may enjoy that, but it was definitely not comfortable for me.

So this is a remote area. The property is adjacent to a gas station convenient if you need snacks etc. everything was clean. Some things in the room were a little dated bedspreads and whatnot but it was clean and the heat/air worked well. Sheets were clean smelled good in the room. Plenty of lotions soaps and conditioner and body wash provided so you don’t have to pack that. Small “lounge” area we had a few beers and watched the game. Swimming pool and hot tub nice and spacious. Pool table takes quarters and they only had one cue and no chalk. Lobby is nice plenty of places to sit and relax coffee available all the time. Breakfast was normal hotel style B &G Eggs toast bagels English muffins etc and all the condiments. Cereal and muffins. I would stay there again. Staff was very pleasant

Non functional amenities

The first issue was that the room key would not open the door right away, it took a vary specific angle to get the magnetic strip to open the door. Secondly, there was only 2 working outlets in the entire room. Good news was that 1 of the working outlets was for the TV and fridge but no other lights or chargers. Third, they have a sign on their pool saying adult swim is from 10pm-12am. However, this was not enforced at all as multiple kids were allowed to swim until midnight. Last, the light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom (poor design)
