This property is very spacious and has a lot of amenities. For our family of 4 it was perfect for 3 nights. The only downside is the immediate neighborhood—— which seems to be where some of anchorage’s down and out people congregate. This scene makes approaching the property unappealing, but we didn’t have any problems and felt aafe once inside.

We were in Apartment 2 which is a fully furnished apartment downstairs with not much of a view. The apartments, by the way, don't include breakfast which we didn't find out until after we booked. The apartment was nice and spacious but a little run down. The bathroom needed a little cleaning - there was hair in the shower when we got there. And a couple of light fixtures didn't work. It's also not in a great part of town - not scary, but a lot of homeless nearby with a shelter just one block away. It served our purpose and in fact was more than the 2 of us needed and the staff that greeted us on arrival (Jeff) was friendly and helpful.
