I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times within the past several years & I've NEVER been disappointed! The service from W.S. staff is fabulous [very personable], the room has a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave & 2-burner electric cooktop with ample cabinets! Plus extended cable TV & good size bathroom! Very affordable, under $100!

Friendly welcoming staff But the 2 rooms I was in was so humid hot that we had to run the ac on a low temp and than I was freezing couldn’t get comfortable, the beds are not comfortable, both rooms I was in the floors were nasty. The 2nd room the microwave had rust the outside of the fridge had lots of rust and the walls were covered dust. And the wall by the stove was splattered with old food.

It’s okay so far.

A lot of drugged out people in and out. They do have monthly and weekly rates. All rooms have a “Kitchenette “ (stove top, full fridge, microwave, sink) they have one cart to take your items to the rooms. I’ve been here since Friday and have not had any housekeeping at all.

Stayed for 2 weeks for a horse show. The trash by the dumpster was everywhere. The floor of our room was sticky. Make sure to buy the linen program for towels.

Good Hotel

The only issue I had was with the front desk. When I first checked in, the front desk agent was very nice, but after that, she seemed to be very bothered at any questions or inquiries I might had during my stay. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, BUT, is was very comfortable, kitchenette, no signs of bugs (none), and the area felt safe and comfortable. I'd stay there again, definitely.

Mentally ill general manager

Extremely rude and crazy general manager. Always insulting in front of other guests and personnel. Always threatening to enter the room unannounced any time night or day because of obvious drug-dealing by his housekeepers and maintenance personnel right outside of my room.
