We stayed one night at this charming inn close to town. Rooms are a little small but clean. It was nice to be able to buy beer and wine at the inn to enjoy around the fire at night. I recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Whitehall. The hotel is so well decorated with charm. Our room was wonderful as was the front deck for sitting. The breakfast was very good. All close to the town center. I wish we could have stayed longer.

8/10 Very good

Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on porch and very high quality lobby coffee and lemon ice water. Room was small and mattress seemed old/springy or would have provided higher rating.

Lovely place only a half mile sidewalk stroll to downtown. The room was clean and nice. The bed was lumpy and soft. There is a nice bar area and the breakfast was great with many options. The home is old so the floors are unlevel. Not a problem for us but could be for older guests. Easy parking.

beautiful, quaint, with lots of areas to lounge and wonderful porches! amazing breakfast. older home so thinner walls but wasn’t a problem.

Whitehall is a lovely, elegant historic inn located within walking distance to Camden harbor. The grounds and common spaces are vast and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing--the food didn't seem particularly fresh. But that is my only criticism. Otherwise it is an excellent place to stay.

4/10 Fair

Very meticulously clean. The physical building such as furniture, carpets, lobby area, exterior paint, the stone patios, and many other features are in need of care, replacement or renewal. It seems to be, it is a presumption, that this venerable old place needs better caretakers with deep, deep pockets. As an aside, the breakfast buffet is stale and horrid. Finally, the parking lot and entry stairs are dark as a dungeon, therefore fertile ground for trip, falls, and visits to the hospital er. I am sorry for sounding so harsh but honesty sometimes is a slap, not a pat, but it’s always for the better.

Beautiful property, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Location is a little far to walk to harbor/main town area in the night time. Loved the decor. Parking area is gravel or street front. Linens were nice and bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Inn. Nice breakfast. Not all the outdoor fireplaces were working which was unfortunate. I personally wished I could get coffee before 7:15. I would go back though. Easy walk to downtown.

Whitehall was absolutely amazing. It was truly a dream from beginning to end. From our first moment there we were filled with an immense sense of calm and peace. The entire place was filled with the most amazing scent, truly filling the establishment with a feeling of complete tranquility. We had been traveling for some time and it was not a great experience prior to arriving at Whitehall. It felt like all of that was washed away. I needed the amazing robes and hot shower more than anything at that moment. The ice cold water and coffee bar were truly a gift to us, it filled my soul to sit on the front porch and rock in the Adirondacks. The bedding was lush and clean and so comfortable. Thank you so much for this amazing gift, we will be back!
