D'abord, les dates que vous indiquez ne sont pas les bonnes: ma réservation allait du 27au 29 février. J'ai dû demander à changer d'appartement, le 1er, au 1er étage, étant abimé par des fissures au plafon de toutes les pièces, et poussiéreux. Le 2ème appartement, au 4ème étage, était un peu moins poussiéreux, mais j'ai dû nettoyer le chauffe-serviettes avant de l'utiliser. Les étoffes des canapés et du chemin de table étaient maculés de tâches très visibles, un pantalon d'enfant avait été oublié dans une armoire, et la machine à laver était sale,le tambour rouillé, avec une vieille poudre à laver collée.

I stayed in the apartment with the street view and it was excellent. Beautiful view of O street. There was a balcony too which I would have used quite a bit had my trip not taken place in winter. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. My only (minor) quibble is that I would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom as opposed to the living room as I need to have something playing in the background while I sleep.

Stay clear of apartment A14!

Let's start with the good: The location is central and there is extra duvet and pillows in the closet, it's cheap and the wifi was also good! The bad how ever: Its filthy! The walls are dirty, the shower is disgusting! Theres a moldy smell. The walls are peeling. The bed is uncomfortable. There is no light in the hallways. No smoke detector and the heater to warm the room is very dusty so we were scared to use it. The sofa almost feels like bricks. There was no place for the towel in the toilet room. We were so unhappy with the room that we ended up moving to a hotel nearby.

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso, la posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro e ai mezzi pubblici. L’unica pecca è il divano letto, molto duro, con un materasso molto fino.

クリーニング料金が宿泊費に含まれているにも関わらず、3週間の滞在で一度も部屋掃除は無かった。タオルの交換も無く毎日洗濯した。立地は良い。

최악 중에 최악 (The worst of the worst hotel and site)

분명히 옵션에 에어컨이 있는데 실제로는 에어컨이 없었다. 호텔에서 취소를 해달라고 하니 직접 하라고 한다. 그래서 나는 다른 숙박시설에 묵으면서 호텔스닷컴에 새벽까지 기다려서 한국시간 9시에 전화했고, 다음날 아침에 전화했는데 호텔스닷컴에서 아무런 조치가 없고 콜백도 없다. 담당자는 이전 사항을 전혀 모르고 있고, 호텔 측에 전화했는데 받지 않는다는 얘기만 하고 필요한 조치를 하지 않았다. 따로 이메일이나 해결할 수 있는 창구도 없고 전화는 대기만 해외통화로 30분 이상을 했다. 최악의 호텔과 최악의 호텔스닷컴이다. Obviously there was an air conditioner in the option, but there was no air conditioner in reality. I ask the hotel to cancel, and they tell me to do it myself. So I stayed in another accommodation and called Hotels.com at 9 a.m. Korean time (working time). There was no action and no callback from Hotels.com 2 different person in charge did not know anything about the relocation, only to call the hotel, and told me they did not answer it, and did not take the necessary action. There was no window for e-mail or resolution, and the call was made for more than 30 minutes on the overseas call. It is the worst hotel and the worst hotels.com

Апартаменты на четверочку. Две большие комнаты, раздельный санузел. Расположение очень удобное. Цена разумная. Из минусов. Мебель старовата. Сантехника тоже скоро будет требовать замены. Кондиционер - за дополнительную плату. Если собираетесь в Будапешт для прогулок по городу, а не сидения в номере, этот вариант очень хорош. Отдельно отмечу замечательный кубинский бар около входа, его держит очень дружелюбная пожилая пара, обязательно посетите!

Brodway apartment is on extra location, near Opera, Anrasy bulevar and metro.Bathroom is like in some old hotels.We have pparking garage with extra charge of 15e per day it is under the building and we get lift for car.Rooms are very warm all day and night.
