There were bugs in room and hallways. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from Expedia. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up. When showed the staff pictures and videos of bugs was dismissed and ignored.
