10/10 Exceptional

Thoroughly enjoyed all associates and staff. Upbeat, service-oriented, very competent. Excellent communal working/living areas. The breakfast buffet was quie good and allowed us to get our day off to a timely and well-fed start. Our room had a bathroom door entrance that sounded like a pistol shot each time it was closed. Inconvenient but liveable. Yes, we would stay at other CitizenM hotels.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite. Very close to Gare de Lyon. Dining with on walking distance. Rooms were small but modern and comfortable.

8/10 Very good

Room is good, although one of the occupants of the room does have to climb over the other occupant to get in the bed. Staff were polite and the bar is clean, although the smokers lounge is in the middle of the bar and the smell does enter the bar as smokers move between the two.

Chic minimalist hotel, self check in and check out, not close to any significant attractions except the Seine River and Gare de Lyon train station. Staffs were very professional and super helpful. Free luggage storage before or after you stay.

Excellent location, especially if you need to be near Gare de Lyon. It's right down the street and easy to get to with luggage. It's also near some cool nightlife spots. Lovely lounge and bar inside. I would absolutely stay here again. It's such a hidden gem.

I loved this hotel. It was a bummer that the rooftop was being upgraded, but that didn't matter. The staff was amazing and the place impeccable. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the epitome of a comfortable but beautiful stay. Its high tech features are user friendly and the staff onsite are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect being situated literally steps away from a major metro station in Paris and the canteen food is absolutely perfect. Loved my stay will be booking again.
