Reviews

6/10 Good

This place was great for the location and the space to sleep.
Reneè, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Absolutely horrifying room. We got a room behind the office, no lights were on it looked abandoned. Upon entry there there
Leylani, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Great place to spend the night heading to the Sequoia National Park, but very “rustic”.. is not worth $200 a night, but $100. Great Staff and conveniently located 2 miles away from the park.
Andrea, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel stay was fine, older hotel but good for the price and proximity to the park.
Maria, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Clean and basic.

This place was fine. Very basic. I had a giant suite I guess you’d call it. It was located behind the main office. Had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable for my needs.
Joanne, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Quite and peaceful
Ramonito, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Convenient for Sequoia
Nancy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Poor motel.

Old building, smelly, run down, only good thing is it is near the entrance to Sequoia.
Huy, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Bathtub had lots of hair.
Shu, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This was an average stay. We did have a few ants and the shower was very old and honestly, I wore shoes while in the shower.
Tommy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great customer service when I got there fast service rooms are clean river across beautiful out here
Elizabeth, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Kind of rundown, but adequate for our needs. Nothing special.
Carol, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Outdated, stained carpet floors, hair on the bed sheets, stairs going to 2nd level was uneven and falling apart. Check-in and check-out was easy/convenient. There was no internet service in town so be sure to print out directions to hotel. They do offer shuttle service to amd from the park. The hotel is way overpriced for what they offer and the condition of the hotel.
April, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very close proximity to park. Great restaurant close by
Colleen, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is a older property at the entrance to Sequoia. Clean but worn. Good for a night or two with close access to the park. Staff was very helpful when we arrived later then expected.
Whelan Lockhart, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is definitely a get what you pay for situation. Well worn trying to be clean but a fail. In this type of situation it's best to go with a chain. This was the only option at the time.
robert, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The cabin is very dirty
Maria del Pilar, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location not very far from the entrance to the National Park but our particular refrigerator did not work and I couldn't figure out how to get the air and or heater working
Bill, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

3 nights from hell!1

The property has staff onsite only 3-9 PM. Staff were useless. Couldn’t answer any questions. Room needed an exterminator. Flying bugs, roaches, fleas and a bug a local exterminator couldn’t identify. Was 5 minutes from Sequoia. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere.
Dr. James P., 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room had a odd smell and the window air conditioner was not working. The area was having a heat wave. After hiking all day we decided not to stay. Now filing a claim.
Claudia, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It very near to Sequoia national park entrance. You wake up to see beautiful morning in mountains. It was clean and great.
sachin, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Proximity to the river.
Jose, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Close to Sequoia national park. There are places to eat nearby. Good to have a fridge, a freezer section would great so ice packs can be used to keep food cool when out.
Claire, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff was very nice. We had the cottage. Room was ok. The room was clean but the cleaner was to strong smelling
Erica, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The property charges extra amount under Misc. without informing. Also no staff or people to connect with. We were provided two towels and two of all amenities even though we booked for four people.
