Loved every minute of our stay. Truly amazing to have spent my birthday weekend lodging in this beautiful cabin! Perfectly located in between the nature center and the village, with a gorgeous scenic view of the forest and mountains. It’s spacious, even for my 6’5 brother who slept upstairs. After hiking and enjoying the town, we slept incredibly well. This cabin provides all the amenities you’ll need, including utensils, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Huge thank you to the outstanding staff for their flexibility, service, and assistance with our accommodation. I’m already planning for the next trip with friends and can’t wait for the morning weekend breakfast baskets!

Our stay was very quiet and relaxing, as a couple who wanted a quiet, relaxed and economical time. The room is clean, with what you need to rest, you can also store your snacks in the mini-fridge, use microwaves, and the coffee maker. The view from the balcony is good. It is also seen that the administration is attentive to the clientele. They also offer a continental breakfast for weekend stayers. Very good location. Place on a good location, close to the downtown, fair for the price.I find, the town stores and most of the places are closed between Monday to Wednesday, so it’s quiet and not much to do. I enjoy the San Jacinto park for a good relaxing walk, good places to eat near by, people very friendly. definitely come and join Idywill.

It's a cute place. Rooms are very dark and hard to see and find things. After 10-hour hike I just wanted a shower and rest, but shower soap dispenser was completely empty. The breakfast is definitely not desireable: I took only one bite of the hard and metalic scone and same with the mealy apple. The location is definitely a drive from the cute town because walking would be dangerous.

The Bunkhouse is an exceptional property that is within walking distance to downtown Idyllwild. Microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator,silverware and dinnerware all in room and we found very useful. Beautiful views and close to some great hiking. Raj and the gentleman who was married and from LA, who checked me in. Made everything so simple and we so friendly and welcoming. Mike

I do really love staying here. Some things might not work but the location and cabin feel is the best. The owners are so nice. Side note, on the check in instructions it says breakfast is only delivered at weekends which was fine as we are up and out early.
