"I had an amazing stay at Whiteface Lodge! The entire property is incredibly clean, warm, and welcoming. The Christmas vibe made everything feel extra cozy and magical — from the beautiful décor to the relaxing atmosphere.
The sauna, spa, and hot pool were absolute highlights. Everything felt luxurious and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to unwind. The ambiance throughout the lodge is truly unmatched — elegant, peaceful, and so comfortable.

"The front desk staff were extremely friendly. They answered any questions we had. They opened doors for us. The staff at breakfast was also accommodating. They provided me with gluten free bread when I inquired. The breakfast was plentiful. The selection was varied to suit multiple palates. Fresh fruit other than apples would have been a nice addition. We did not use housekeeping but our room was very clean upon arrival. "
