Extremely Disappointing Stay
Our stay was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
Late Check-In: Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. We arrived at 4:30 pm but only got our room at 6 pm — more than two hours late.
Missing Amenities: The room had no toiletries, toothbrushes, toilet paper, or bedroom slippers. We called the concierge around 6:30 pm, and the front desk confirmed the items would be delivered. When we returned at 11:30 pm, nothing had been sent, and we had to go down to the lobby ourselves to request and collect them.
Insufficient Key Cards: The room was booked for three guests, yet we were given only one key card.
Access Issues: On the second day, that single key card was deactivated, and we couldn’t access our room when we returned to the hotel. We had to go back to the front desk again to reactivate it, despite having the room booked for 3D2N.
Overall, the service quality, attention to detail, and guest experience were terrible. This stay was filled with unnecessary inconvenience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality standards.
