8/10 Very good

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking out front was very easy. And the location close to tram and trainlines to the city is also great. I'm just taking away a star as I think the room could have done with a fresh coat of paint, and maybe some cleaning / replacement of grout or silica in sink and shower areas. That said, overall I think this place is really great value for money and I would stay here again.

This motel has an excellent location for someone visiting Melbourne, but who doesn't want to drive in the CBD. A short walk gets you to 2 different tram lines or a train station; this gets you anywhere in the city (and beyond). Around the motel, Brunswick has a variety of restaurants, and the Melbourne Zoo is just 1 tram stop away.
