Our cabin was clean and comfortable. It was in a nice quiet area of the park. Within walking distance to the shops in Apollo Bay.

Overall, we had a good stay and the accommodation itself was very good. The property was comfortable and met our needs. However, the customer service and communication were quite poor. The instructions for collecting the keys were not clear enough, and we were genuinely worried that if we arrived after 6 pm, we might not be able to get the keys and access the property. This caused unnecessary stress, especially when travelling and arriving later in the day. Apart from the communication and check-in arrangements, everything else was good. We would just recommend improving the communication and providing clearer instructions for guests arriving after hours.

The cabin was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The check in service was also convenient for us as we arrived late at night. The location was great, within only a short stroll to the beach and a few blocks away from the town centre. The park facilities were also good with a swimming pool, bbq area, games room etc.

The manager was quite accomodating after we had to make a change in our booking. The cabin was well equipped with modern essentials and a comfortable mattress. Heated pool in winter made all the difference after a day of hiking Will book again

6/10 Good

The park had a great pool and play equipment for the kids. The Cabin was not good though. Very dated. Old built in bedroom suite with main bed that I bumped my head on several times.

No separate shower.

Everything was fine except we were not aware that shower was over the spa bath. As one of our party had mobility issues this meant they were unable to shower. Even hand grips would have helped.
