II didn't like it, even if I had already paid the night through Expedia, the staff charged one more night in my credit card. After the check-out, as soon as I realised it, I phoned to them several times, but they pretended not to understand me. So I can't give a positive feedback to the structure and to the staff

Localização muito boa, perto do metrô e perto da praça com restaurantes e bares. O hostel parece que é novinho, bastante espaço no quarto, tudo bem limpo.

Caro y mal administrado. Huya!

Hostel inmenso com pésima administración. Muy extricto con la cobrança y los horarios de check-out pero relajado en todo lo que es su contraparte. Pagué equivalente a US$ 25 por una cama en dormitorio compartido. - La cocina tiene solamente 1 vaso y ninguna taza para preparar ni un café. - El baño de mi piso tenía la tapa del vaso sanitario quebrada, el asiento suelto y el propio vaso estaba despegado del piso, lo que lo convierte en un peligro. Ducha? Quebrada también. - Mosquiteros de las ventanas? Con suciedad del tiempo del imperio otomano. Quando comenté los problemas con el recepcionista me respondió que yo podría usar otro baño y que él nada podía hacer pues 'solamente trabajaba ahí'. Entiendo que problemas pueden suceder pero es importante ver que se hace para corregirlos. De mi parte, cada una de las liras que pagué seguramente funcionan bien y no presentan ninguna falla. Si usted precisa hospedarse ahí pues no hay otra cama disponible en la capital, recuerde exigir de vuelta el deposito garantía de la toalla pues el encargado principal demora en retornar ese dinero. Seguro muchos lo olvidan en la prisa por irse y olvidar la mala experiencia.
