The hotel's facility, spas, pools, and outdoor grill, and other outdoor facilities, are the highlight of this place. It's beautiful, surrounded by trees, hot pools, chairs everywhere so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy.
The bedrooms could use a revamp. Maybe my expectations were a bit high, but the room was dark, 1970-80's style. There was a kitchen (in-room) but it made the room show its age. The bathroom was out of date too. Interestingly they had a top of the line flat screen TV, that was a sort of anachronism with the rest. The AC was a bit loud, but manage to drown out any noise, even though there wasn't many, in between it's start and stop cycles. I was reminded by the pillows why I usually travel with my own pillow.
In all in all, the bedroom was not the highlight, it's the property that was. Guests were friendly, and I spend only one minute with the staff so I have no idea how they were. In general though, in the area, everyone was friendly. Would I go back? No, I would look for a different place, but this was the only place which had space for less then $300 on a weekend.
