My husband and I stayed here as it was a close option for an event we were attending at Thunderbird Stadium. The room was small, but very clean and updated. We didn't need the kitchenette, but it was fully stocked, so I could see this being very helpful for someone who does. The only con we had with the hotel was the door slamming late at night. We noticed there is a sizeable gap under the door to the hallway, so this may have enhanced how loud the hallway noise was. Otherwise, great stay - would stay again.

There was a bit of damage on the walls, but it was a very nice stay overall. They came to check the damage after learning about it (so i wasnt getting charged for damage i did not make) which was good. Great location for public transportation. Staff were all very nice.

If driving, be prepared to walk a fair distance for check-in and parking. Check-in is in the Gage Towers student residence Commonsblock. It is not the typical hotel drive-up lobby. The rooms are in a separate building. There is some designated street parking 1/2 - 3 blocks away, otherwise underground in the shared Gage residence parkade. Hotel guest parking fees were in addition to our room rate.
